石磨面粉機(jī)的上扇在作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，其磨齒與下扇的磨齒相互間咬合以及相錯(cuò)，而形成很微小的升降運(yùn)動(dòng)，于是上下扇之間便出現(xiàn)了瞬息的齒隙，使加工的糧食通過上扇的孔道不斷進(jìn)入磨齒。面粉就在這樣的研磨中生產(chǎn)出來。
